Maintain. Protect. Enhance.

The Community Enhancement Committee supports the ongoing care, protection, and thoughtful enhancement of Whispering Woods.

Our focus is simple: To help preserve the beauty, safety, and long-term value of our community.

Our goal is to ensure that enhancements are well-considered, fiscally responsible, and aligned with the long-term interests of Whispering Woods.

Whether you have professional experience or simply a desire to contribute — your involvement matters.

Time Commitment: Project-based, as needed
Ideal For: Residents with interest or experience in construction, landscaping, environmental stewardship, safety planning, facilities management, or community improvement

Architectural Review (Advisory Role)

The Architectural Review Subcommittee operates within the Community Enhancement Committee and serves in an advisory capacity.

All architectural approvals and denials are issued by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and applicable law.

The subcommittee does not independently approve or deny applications. It may be consulted by the Board to provide additional perspective when an application is under consideration for denial.

Final authority remains with the Board of Directors.
