The Rules & Covenants Committee supports the clarity, consistency, and fair application of Whispering Woods’ governing framework.
Our focus is simple: To help ensure that community standards are clearly defined, consistently applied, and aligned with our governing documents.
This committee works alongside the Board to review policies, recommend updates when appropriate, and support due process in matters related to covenant enforcement.
What This Committee Supports
• Reviewing current rules and policies for clarity and consistency
• Recommending updates or revisions when appropriate
• Ensuring alignment with the Declaration, Bylaws, and applicable law
• Participating in covenant enforcement hearings as required
• Confirming or rejecting fines or suspensions in accordance with Florida law
Members serve in an advisory capacity. All enforcement actions and policy changes remain subject to Board authority, legal guidance when required, and proper notice procedures.
Our goal is to support fairness, transparency, and structured governance while preserving property values and community harmony.
