The Finance Committee supports the responsible financial stewardship of Whispering Woods.
Our focus is simple: To promote transparency, fiscal responsibility, and long-term financial stability for our community.
This committee works alongside the Treasurer and Board to review budgets, financial reports, and planning initiatives that support the ongoing health of the Association.
What This Committee Supports
• Reviewing the annual budget and financial reports
• Supporting long-term financial planning
• Evaluating reserve funding and capital planning
• Providing recommendations related to cost management and fiscal oversight
