Dear Whispering Woods Residents,
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Whispering Woods of Coral Springs Homeowners Association has officially retained M&M Property Management, LLC as the Association’s new property management company.
After careful consideration and evaluation, the Board selected M&M Property Management to assist the Association with daily operations, homeowner communication, financial coordination, vendor management, compliance administration, and overall community support. We are excited to begin this new partnership and look forward to improving communication, responsiveness, and operational efficiency throughout the community.
The transition process is currently underway. During this time, residents may begin receiving updated information regarding:
• Assessment payments and account information
• Resident portal registration and access
• Maintenance and work order requests
• Architectural Review (ARB) applications
• Violations and compliance matters
• Community communications and announcements
As part of the Board’s continued commitment to improving communication and accessibility for residents, we are also pleased to announce the launch of the Association’s new community website: ww-hoa.com
The new website will serve as a central hub for community updates, community discussions announcements, forms, meeting information, and other important resources.
Please note: This website is maintained by the Board of Directors for informational and community communication purposes. It does not replace the Association’s official property management portal or statutory notice requirements under Florida law.

This main number routes through the Association’s call directory system, which is designed to guide residents directly to the appropriate person or department for assistance.
Additional instructions regarding payment processing, online account access, and management procedures will be distributed separately by management as the transition progresses.
The Board appreciates your patience and cooperation during this transition period. We remain committed to strengthening operations, improving transparency and communication, and continuing to move the community forward in a positive direction.
