A Nature-Embraced Community in Coral Springs, Florida

Preserving Beauty Since 1984

Our Community

Whispering Woods of Coral Springs is a distinctive residential community of 197 homes, established in 1984 and recorded in Plat Book 118, Page 25 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.

Nestled among mature wooded lots and designated preserve areas, the community is characterized by serene lakes, canopy-lined streets, and an open-view philosophy that prioritizes the natural landscape. Native Florida vegetation, wildlife corridors, and expansive green spaces contribute to the unique character and visual continuity of Whispering Woods.

Environmental stewardship is a foundational principle of the Association. The Board of Directors, along with appointed committees and professional service providers, works to preserve and maintain lake systems, shoreline integrity, preserve areas, irrigation infrastructure, and stormwater management systems. These efforts are intended to protect both the ecological balance and long-term property values within the community.

Whispering Woods remains committed to maintaining the natural heritage that defines its identity — ensuring that current and future residents continue to enjoy a community where thoughtful governance and environmental preservation coexist.
